Green Reg Advisory was born out of a need to bring real multi-functional expertise to companies to address their ESG issues caused by changes in the world of sustainability reporting and sustainability reporting standards.
In addition to sustainability expertise, companies need skills and experience in finance, strategy, data, systems, and assurance to properly implement these regulations. We also believe that AI can significantly change the way in which advice is provided and ESG implemented.

Our partners help our clients to not only perform materiality assessments and develop ESG strategies, but to also implement change, manage and collect data and implement ESG reporting systems. We can also advise on controls and provide assurance services for ESG reporting. Clients are also requesting GHG emission calculation certification services so as to have a solid base for reporting on GHG emission reductions.

Mike Jennings
Founded by ESG consultant Mike Jennings, Green Reg Advisory is at the forefront of ESG Reporting, aiding businesses in navigating regulatory complexities.
Mike’s unique audit and consulting background, coupled with a collaborative approach with our partners, supported by AI, drives our mission to enhance clients’ sustainability practices through effective ESG reporting strategies, addressing evolving regulations like CSRD and CSDDD.
Mike worked previously as an audit partner and consulting partner in two Big Four firms prior to joining one of the top sustainability consulting firms globally where he was responsible for helping clients globally on sustainable finance and mandatory ESG reporting.
What the Future Holds in ESG Reporting
Many of our projects at the moment relate to CSRD, ESRS and the EU Taxonomy and we are focusing a lot of our time in these areas. We expect that our clients needs will continue in the ESRS space in 2024 but that there will be increased emphasis on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (“CSDDD”) and its overlaps with the ESRS standards. Additionally, we anticipate that the need to comply in many global markets with the IFRS Sustainability Standards will also start to influence client requests and that the California SB 253 and SB 261 regulations will start to require more work by companies.
We will be publishing CSRD & ESRS training modules in the near future focused not only on what is required from the standards but also how to properly implement these regulations in real-life situations.
